(Glitch) Not getting cars to sell for Auto Shop - GTA Online - GTAForums You have to play with your online character to sell cars and to use the mechanic. After the intro movie there's a race and some other missions to help you get started. The sell limit for the day means real life day.

Basically R* doesn't want people making easy money by selling cars off the street, or even clearing their garages out, so you can only sell x amount of vehicles in a 24 hour period. How many vehicles can you sell in a 24 hour period? To sell the car to Yusuf you drive it to the drop point for Exotic Export vehicles in Terminal, no global signal, traffic acted better than normal but damage to the car during this drive will lower you payout. Edit 2: F620 with no damage just salvaged for 35k so either the amounts are totally random or the ranges are vehicle based I haven't had any cars to sell from my auto shop garage for about a week now.

Has anyone else had this happen to them before or is there a way to fix it. There's an issue where we can't always sell the car we win, literally can't throw it away, lol. Is this normal to have 3 or 4 weeks with no vehicles with the option to claim? 271K per hour? How is that correct? You can easily sell 4 vehicles every 20 minutes so it'd be a lot more than 271K per hour even after all the costs. 4 vehicles every 20 minutes? The cool down after selling 4 vehicles is more than 20 minutes and the cool down for selling one car alone is 15 minutes til you can sell another.
You can lose the ability to sell more than 1 car/day as a result of selling duped cars. So unless @Tocco Scuro sells those cars (to be safe even the ones that got changed from a deleted plate to a new custom plate), they should be fine.
