The Monoprice M-1060 are planar-magnetic, over-the-ear headphones. They have a detachable cable, with 2.5mm TR (phono plug) connections at each ear cup.

Monoprice has a corporate office in Brea... This Monoprice 5-watter makes me happy ( sounds great with Volume and Tone knobs up all the way, but crisp and clean at low volume)- plenty loud for lower volume jams or gigs. I know this is sacrilege but the Monoprice 15w wins over the 68 custom ... IIRC it took them over a year, Monoprice a company built on selling cables and still a major part of their business took a year to get rewired 4pin XLR cables after they gimped their product for anti-consumer reasons.... Up for review is the $99 Monoprice 12-inch powered subwoofer.
