Context Explanation
I decided to try KODI and this Paramount+ addon because on my Android (10) TV box, certified Widevine L1, with a fair hardware, full HD, I can stream Paramount+ movies in a pretty good quality with the official Paramount+ app, while live (for the matter even replay) sport events are shown in a lower quality. The same applies for Prime Video. My specific question was regarding the settings in kodi that doesnt even appear for me to make kodi automatically play as dolby vision when supported. There is no Dolby Vision compability mode or Allowed HDR dynamic metadata formats in my settings under Videos/Proccessing even on expert mode setting.
