It is possible to drag and drop an email from both Outlook and Outlook Express to a memo field. A few notes: What i would like to do now is drop all tables when access opens via a autoexec macro, this way if we lose internet we dont get the same file loaded into our pre leads table. so basically a batch opens access deletes the table, makes the mysql table and then deletes the leads and leads errors if they exist again.

Context Explanation

may seem dumb but its always ... I use interactive Access quite a bit (i.e. built in tools without programming). I frequently use drop down lists in my forms, etc.

Insight Material

Recently I wanted to create a parameter query with a drop down list of possible choices. On the surface I thought it would be easy but have gone through my books and... I have a DoCmd.TransferDatabase which sucessfully copies a table from my Access DB to an SQL DB BUT only the first time. After checking other posts i need to add a DROP TABLE before the export. How do you drop a table from an SQL DB from within Access??

Final Conclusion

Normally when opening a combo box, it's list will drop down to either the right or left side, however would it be poss to choose/control the side and not have it "dictated" , via vba. Also would it be poss to detach the list from the combo box itself ? Thanks for any reply in advance. Herman... Then right-clicked the group and added to quick access toolbar and there is a blue blob with the items underneath. Haven't worked out how to change the icon - but that's fine with me.
