Cannot even open account settings and command prompt to fix the issue. I've just seen the post about a free windows 10 DVD player App. Am I loosing the plot or are MS having a joke? You can have it for free if you had Media Centre (not included in Windows 10) and you Word, Excel, PPT Apps won't open after Install from II have just left a job and was given my Surface computer to take with me (wiped of all enterprise files and Office 365). I purchsed Office 365 subscription for home and have installed the programs but can't activate Word, Excel, PowerPoint (the three that I have tried to use).
